CORP is like, when I'll have a completed everything as well as medical exam, and have the visa stamp in my passport. Which one give me ability to cross the Canadian border?
Ok now I understand. So I don't have ability receive a nominee from province (where available without job offer) and start PR process. And while this process fins employeer from this province, and say him that I'm already have a nominee and he may givee job offer without LMIA?
You need to be nominated so you need language tests and your education assessed. A masters degree will give you the most points. You apply and wait for a nomination. Then if nominated you apply and receive COPR and move. You don’t need LMIA. Have you taken language tests and educational assessments. The first step is to see if you are even eligible for Express Entry and then calculate your CRS points. You need to do some research.
Yes I have everything. But looks like if I receive a nominee for one of province, I still need to wait until I receive approve from government.
I thought just after I received a nominee I have ability to find an employer without LMIA, buy tickets and fly. But with limitation to work on ly for that province of course until my PR docs is preparing.
What province is nominating you? What is your CRS score? When you receive nomination, you apply for PR which takes 6+ months. When you have COPR, you can enter Canada and you move to the province that nominated you. You will not find a job before you get to Canada.

You need to improve your score to even think of getting a nomination.
