Expiry Status and Marriage

Hi all,
Scenario: Work permit status expired in June 30 and I have 90 days to leave Canada which means leaving Canada by Sep 30. If I get married before Sep 30 and apply for Permanent Resident under the Family Class for spousal sponsorship, can I remain in Canada?
If so, how? Do I apply for Visitor visa or another kind of visa?
Pls reply, this is extremely important.

attaboy, wait a minute, is it a scenario or for real? Cuz I have been tracking all your posts in the last hours and you seem very confused buddy.
1 - Your case is so complicated with all your mathematics that it is better for you to consult a lawyer.

2- if you are already in the implied status, whatever happened you have to apply first to restore your status(this means to justify the reasons why you went to implied status), and then once your status gets restored then you apply for marital reunion if it is what you are looking to do.

Yes, my case is very complicated and confusing. I'm exploring all options and that's why I've posting with different scenarios breakdown.
