So today I was calling to CIC to check the status of my PR card application, and figured out that my card was delivered to my consultant's office address.
Btw, while on the phone, the agent asked me some security questions such as the name, date of birth, and etc. And I noticed that the primary email address is my consultant email address since they were handling on my PR application. The agent asked me if I am still using that email so I said I don't think so.. since I already landed as a PR 4 months ago, and I asked to the agent to update the primary contact to my personal email address. So they expired my consultant email address from my CIC account.
Is it a big deal? I hope its not. Somehow it is bugging me because my consultant is the one that has the only access to my CIC account, not me. Do I still need to have their email address as a primary one on my CIC account?
