Hello
My mother in law multiple entry visitor visas is expiring in September.
She is currently staying with us in Canada and I just applied to extend her visit. We also got accepted to apply for parent sponsorship this year and mailed it off yesterday.
While waiting to hear back about permanent residency, do I apply for a new visitor Visa or supervisa? We would like her to be able to travel back and forth. It would be a new application correct? Can she apply in Canada or better to apply in her homeland?
Thanks
Elaine

1/ She has to apply to an office outside Canada. Only Students/Workers can apply in Canada.
2/ New multi entry TRV should be fine, unless she intends to stay for up to 2 years.

Thanks for the quick helpful reply!!

So she applies when back in China? She can't send it to
