Expired US Visa with valid I94

Hi,

I'm a Canadian PR. I have a valid I-94 (valid for the next 4 months) with an expired US visa. I'm currently in Canada and would like to apply for a new visa. Is it required to return the I94 before applying for a visa or it doesn't matter? I will eventually return the I-94 at the border the next time I visit the US within the next month or two.

Nope. You can apply for a new visa.
