Expired skilled work permition

Hi Everyone,

I did the entire process to imigrate to québec on 2009, and i went to Monreal on 2011 and stay for a month.
After that i came back to Brazil, and stay here until now.

2014 my permition expired, and i send a letther to consulate asking to extend the permition, but they said that its not possible and i'll not be able anymore.

My doubt relies on this phrase. I'll not be able to re-start the immigration process forever or i'll not be able for that process expired ?

Someone have any idea?

You will not be able to extend the current PR since you did not comply with the residential requirement to be able to extend it. But, if you want, you can re-apply for the PR process from the very beginning.
