Expired PR Card

Hello,

Due to some legal reason, I was not able to say in Canada . is there any way that I can request Canada to renew my PR card. FYI I stayed in the county for a month only . Please help , if there any possibility to get PR back.

If you have only spent a month in Canada since your original landing, it's going to be very difficult. You should, in theory, apply for a Travel Document to come back to Canada and then apply for renewal, based on the decision to give you a Travel Document. If, as is extremely likely, you are refused a PR Travel Document, you will need to appeal to keep your PR status.
You might, if you have a visa-exempt passport or you can get to the border from the USA, be allowed to enter Canada without being reported, stay for two years and then apply for renewal.
Your chances are not good, based on your previous posts to this forum.
