expired lmo and just got visa

I have a question which I cannot seem to find the answer. I received a lmo for an employee and sent it to the Philippines in February. This employee has just now received his entry visa from the embassy. Will I need another lmo for him or is he ok with the one I got in February? As I understand it, the lmo is only good for 6 months and it is now 9 months.

No. The employee just has to apply for his/her work permit within 6 months of the issuance of the LMO.
