Just contact your area specific BIQ, write to them including photocopies of your expired csq, tell them that you want them to renew it. If you carefully read the csq, in it written, if it is expired then contact them so thy can send you new ones.....but why they expired, they are valid for 3 years, you could have reached by now there. All the best.

BIQ = Bureau d'immigration du Québec
