Expired COPR and Visa of Family

Hi, I am a PR holder of Canada. My dependant family's COPR and visa have expired. We will apply for their COPR renewal through the IRCC form. If you have renewed your COPR, how has been your experience? How much time did the renewal take? Did you have to take medical test, photographs, etc again?

Any help and guidance will be very useful!

1/ Previous posts appear that their COPR expired in May/20, so no flights. So they inform Visa office
