Dear

I spoke to few friends and they said the following evidences will be considered for proving days stayed . .

1. Credit card usage, and payments
2. Landline phone records

Can someone confirm this and Also please provide LIST of ALL and ANY other records that we can use eg
Debit cards usage, ATM withdrawl,

You can simply said, all your bills what you pay here.
You can use as an rrove that you were here.
These are the rental contract and payment for the rental.
The health insurance contributions, what you have paid.
Internet bill....
The energy bill ..

Everything that justifies that you live here in Canada

Also, a complete, notarized copy of ALL the pages of your passport -- if it doesn't contain airport border services stamps of entry/exit, then it's one plausible proof that you've lived in Canada. It may not be strong on its own, but in conjunction with payment of bills through a Canadian bank it can make the case.
