Dear forum members,

I have a question for you.I am not able to decide what to do and would like to take your opinion. I am in Canada now under student visa status. I applied for Canada PR and my 1st stage process was approved last week. I am waiting now to gather documents for 2nd stage. My CHC is New Delhi. My NOC 9212 and I have six years of experience in US with M.S in US too. I applied under FSW- category 1 as I have more than one year experience. Now my question is, I have to go to India now for my personal reasons and hence I want to continue in India itself until my whole PR process is completed ( next 8 months or so).
1)Is that right to do?
2)If I move to India now and continue my rest of PR process will that hurt my PR chances at ND? (As i am in Canada now and started my PR process from Canada)

Thanks,
Cando

hey cando's

dnt worry at all man,,,i think u go this way,,,,wait for the CIO nova scotia approval and then go to india,,,collect all the documents,,,fill in the indian adresses,,,,and then submit it at CHC nd,,,,,u wont face any problem,,,,and if there is anything that u wanna mension,,,just write it down in the Covering Letter

the doubts u r having are,,,,,,,first the changes u r making ---u are mentioning all in the docs and resasons for those too,,,,,secondly the process is going well presently and u will get ur medicals in 2 months so the wait is not too long,,i think u'll have it right,, ;D ;D ;) ;)
