In spouse's personal information section, they have asked for 'Unique client Identifier (UCI)', what should i put there, i tried entering 'N/A' but the system was not accepting this answer?

Just leave it blank, if she has never applied for a Canadian visa/resident permit and thus does not have an UCI. Once your application is submitted she will be given an UCI.
