I did submit my BOC two week before but no acknowledgment email from IRCC how much time at will take.

This is normal and nothing to worry about. I don't think there's any specific time for hearing back. It varies.

When i submitted all documents including boc it took 3 months

I believe we have people here who have been waiting for over 6 months.

How possible it is it’s only acknowledgment of claim I don’t think it’s take that much time

There is a huge backlog people have been waiting relax and it will come. Don’t stress out.

What i did was

Initially I emailed irb to make a claim after that they said send us your identification docs. I did that then they sent me acknowledgment of claim letter after 1 week. Then i filled all the refugee forms including boc. They sent me another letter after 3 months to submit documents and fingerprints to ircc office. After another 2 months i got the elgibility and golden paper. After 4 months i got a letter that your case was decided without hearing and it was a positive decision

Just wait you will get it

Sir the problem is my lawyer submitted BOC but still no acknowledgment of claim from IRCC that is the worry thing because it’s taking only week or less to send acknowledgment of claim i am stuck because of this letter.

Did your lawyer give proof he sent it. My consultant gave me all the documents and I submitted it by my self

Then the only thing you can do is wait. Always submit documents by your self because you know you are doing it and not depending on someone.

May be ask your lawyer to find out why the acknowledgment is not received

It has only been less than a week. As already indicated many are waiting months. It seems as though you may be under false impression about how long the asylum process may take. It is often a multi-year process. Some are lucky and are processed within 6-12 months but most are not. There are long periods of time when you don’t hear anything.
 
Brother its only acknowledgment why its take this much time to received acknowledgment of case submitted
