Asalam-O-Alaikum all,

I have applied for my study permit from London last month (16th July) CHC has received my application. THey have sent me an acknowledgement letter on 16th August (exact 1 month later). I have not received any letter from them for medical or anything. The processing time from london is approx 8 to 9 weeks, as it is already been 6 weeks now. My question is, will i get the decision now without medical or will they going to send me a letter for medical ? and 2nd question is, is medical necessory for the study permit ? My course start date is 1st of October 2012. please kindly help me with this issue. Many thanks !!!

thanks momi bro, it means that I might not need medical as I have been living in uk for around 6 years. One more question. What are the chances to get visa from London CHC.

If u are the permanent resident of the UK then chances are great, but if you are not permanent resident then the VO may think that you don't have strong home ties or your level of independence in the home country is weak..............
To avoid the above reasons you can show property or business or blood relations in home country............
