Experiencing Delays

Hello All,

I received my invite to apply in May and I submitted all my documents on 19,July 2018. It has been 9 months and I have not received any major updates. My background check says " We will inform you when we start you background check" So I assume my application hasn't been touched in months.

I have been trying to raise tickets and write emails but have received no response.

Can someone recommend what can be done to expedite?

They may well be processing your background check - they often start that before they inform you.

You can't really expedite things, but you should ask for your GCMS notes to understand what's happening with your file. GCMS notes take about a month to arrive, and will give you details on what's going on.

You can get your GCMS notes from many different websites. Just google "GCMS notes" and pick a site that seems legit. You shouldn't pay more than about $20.
