Myself a graduate Electrical Engineer of having more than 11 years of hands on experience in electrical design engineering, proposal engineering, basic & detail engineering, assistance in installation & commissioning in various greenfield & brownfield projects of steel , power, process, metal, utility, water, environment based systems of several national and international clients e.g. Tata Group , JSW , IOCL , NKNK russia , MISCO oman etc. as a lead engineer and engineering manager as well.
I'm presently in India but willing to switch to canada by securing a suitable job along with PR visa ( including my family).
In view of the above, I would reckon it as a great boon if the concerned forum members provides their valuable guidance in detail in order to enable myself to meet my aforementioned requirement and oblige.

There are no jobs on this forum. You apply and try and find an employer who can’t hire a Canadian. The employer pays $1k and files a LMIA and waits. Then if LMIA is approved, you apply for a closed work permit. If you want to permanently immigrate then look at Express Entry. You need to have your education assessed and language tests to even submit a profile. Scores are high so you should have a Masters.

Start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points-based program for immigrating. You want to score 470+ to have a decent chance of being selected. Most likely it will not be possible to secure a job in Canada until after you have become a PR and have moved to Canada. Details about the Express Entry program are below.
