experienced but company is not registered

Hi, I am preparing documents for canada express entry. I have a doubt regarding my wife's (principal applicant ) experience. she's working with a company which is not registered but she is getting salary in bank account from last 6+ years from the same company. And now owner of the company is planning to get it registered. Would her experience be considered for the PR?
