Hi I have one question which is that if language barrier occur then in that case what will happen I am living in saudi arabia and here 90 per people speak arabic then if CHC call and next aviable person is speaking in arabic then what will happen.
CHC will make sure that each case is analysed and processed fairly and correctly as per the process and white papers formed. Now they usually have locals recruited only to put this in practice so that as the locals are much more familiar with the country's systems and other area's they employ people keeping everything in consideration.

"Interviews, verifications of the authenticity of documents, site visits, investigations or seeking clarification from applicants constitute processing. These activities may be undertaken to determine if applicants meet the minimal requirements, can be awarded points for the selection criteria or are inadmissible."

Good Info Professional.
My view was verification has been done after informing the employer. This is what one of my friends who is a CSIC consultant told me. Else, site visit or a verification call could result in a failure if the intended person is absent or may be he himself ( my manager or my HR head) on a visit to a project.

This is why they make a call prior to their visit.

Very good info tho professional.
