Hi, people!
I'm new here and already tried to find a relevant topic but didn't find anything that will give me a clear answer.
I'm going to apply as an Architect. I worked in real estate development for years and I consider myself as a consult architect. My duties in last 4 years were so different- from designing and proposing a master plan for a huge territory( to make company financially benefit in it) to designing 2 floors building for sales office. At the same job I was "indoor architect" and designed company's new offices( few of them in 4 years). Also my duties were to check work documentation, to discuss problems with engineers and to find good solutions. From time to time I supervised a building site( quite rare).
As I think my main duties were to conceptualise ideas for my company( as they are client) in drawings and drafts and to creat clear design tasks for architectural companies that my company hired.
Also I have a year of full-time experience as an interior architect. So at my previous work my duties were clear, while I have a lot of doubts by my main job that was titled as an "architect" but had wider spectre of work.
I graduated from a leading school in my country as a B.Arch. and after that I had 6 years of professional experience( almost 5 in real estate development). In my country it's not required to work under supervision for 3 years to title yourself as an architect. Also, architect doesn't need personal license to practice. So, I don't have one.
1) I wonder am I eligible without Master degree and does my experience counts?
2) Which NOC should I choose? Architect?
