Experience period includes provisional period?

my wife, LPN,this march 2013 she will complete 1 year, which includes provisional period 3 months.
we would like to apply for Canadian experience class(CEC) April 2013,
is it possible? please clarify me.

If you mean a "probationary period" where she was a paid employee of the company, then, yes, of course it counts!
