Experience Letter

I have a question related to 4011 NOC, I have served for 4 years at a post of Lab Engineer and last year on November I resigned and joined my dad's company. My query is that my HR issued me the experience certificate mentioning that the date of joining and relieving with my job title and department, and he mentioned that I taught different Lab courses and supervised Final year projects of Batch 2011,12,13. He also mentioned my Gross monthly pay.

So my question is that only one line job duties would be enough or should I try and convince my Head of department to write a reference letter on plain paper mentioning my duties in detail?

I would obviously add all my yearly pay statements and appreciation letters and joining letter. Job experience in my dad's firm is now 9 months so probably would mention in personal history rather than work experience.

the reference letter is enough. 3 years of experience at your previous job max your points out. if 4011 is noc 0, A or B, then you only need that reference letter on company letterhead. if that's all you can get, then yeah add the detailed duties list as it could help. joining letter, appreciation letter etc are just clutter to your file

Thank you so much, I would contact my Head of department for that reference letter on Monday. If he refuses then would try to get one from my senior colleagues. Because I think the letter from HR does not include details relating to the Faculty committees I served and the research papers I co-authored. Just hope he agrees to give it.
