Experience letter

Hello Dear
I am applying under express entry. But i am confused with the experience letter wordings. As I am still working with the same employer. So, do i have to leave the job before applying? Or is it legible to obtain an experience letter stating as current employee?

Both will work .As you are presently working ,there is no need to leave the job.Just make sure that reference letter has all the details as per Ircc guidelines.

Ircc has never mentioned anywhere to leave a job for express entry.

Go ahead and dont leave your job.
