Thanks
Problem is. My employer does not allow employees to get a "to whom it may concern" letters. It has to be directed to a specific entity. :(
Any advice?

You can refer it to "Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada"

Hi,

I am having 3 year experience in HR. However I have experience letter and the letter describing the roles and duties for 2 years 6 months. I have completed 4 months in my current company. I have offer letter and pay slips but I cannot ask them for a letter like this since I don't want them to know that I am applying for Canadian PR. Is there any work around?

Thanks in advance.
