experience letter with only 2 duties mentioned

The duties on my experience letter are only 2 points
They refuse to add more... will that cause any problem?
Did anybody encounter something similar to that and they accepted it?

Yes, it could be an issue if the officer does not think that you've performed the duties of the NOC that you've chosen.

This could lead to rejection.

What if it covers many contents but only in 2 points?

As long as it covers about 60% of the NOC duties then it would be sufficient.
