I'm collecting experience letter from my current employer. I get one of my coworker signed the letter with all required information and the letter is on Company letterhead. I also have a general letter signed by HR without duties. The only problem is the co-worker and I have the same title. My supervisor doesn't want to issue the letter on Company letterhead but is Ok to sign the letter if it's on plain paper and provide his business card. In this case, shall I submit the letter from my coworker or supervisor? Has anyone submitted the letter from same level coworker and got approved?

Is your co-worker authorized to use the company letterhead? It's better to get the letter on plain paper from your Supervisor and support it with the letter from HR on the letterhead.
