All, i know this have been asked few times earlier. But saw multiple answers on this topic. Just wanted to cross check what the current condition is.

Is the experience letter required on the company letter head? My manager is ready to give a notarized statement in the format i ask, but there is less chance to get it in the company letter head. HR will never allow the same. Will the notarized letter be enough to show the experience? I can also submit all the other letters from company such as salary slip, appointment letter etc.

Please suggest.

It's always been the requirement. But if you can't get it, notorized and pay slips should be sufficient.

It is a requirement that the letter be on official letterhead. Try emailing HR and if they deny your request, you can submit that with the notarized letter.
