Hello

I am willing to prepare my EE profile after getting my IELTS results on May 25th and I would like to ask two questions regarding experience letter

1- I worked for 1 year as a sales engineer and unfortunately this company got closed and no longer operated and it will be impossible to get a work experience letter, what should I do?
2- I have experience letters for other companies I worked for as a sales engineer but it doesn't mentioned neither the job duties nor the working hours, will it be accepted by CIC or they will reject it

Appreciate your feedback

Thanks

1. You should attach the relieving letter you have and explain in the LOE about the company's situation and attach proofs showing your employment (offer letter, payslips, tax documents, etc.). However, if it does not have the job duties, it will not be accepted. See if you can contact anyone you know or your manager then and get a letter from them - that may be the only way out.

2 - The letter as is will be rejected. As for point 1, contact HR and see if they can issue updated letters or else you need letters signed by your past colleague or manager with all the necessary points per CIC template, explain in LOE and attach supporting documentation with the experience letters.

Hope this helps.
