Experience Letter from employer

I work in an essential category my employer is not willing to give me any kind of experience letter or letter of employment. I have employment contract ,T4 and payslips will that be enough. What do you think the officer gonna refuse those or not?

You employer will not give you an experience letter. Does your contract match the NOC (which one)? If so you may be able to use that with T4 and payslips.

So if it is on the essential list then include letter stating that employer unwilling to provide employment letter.

Some have had success asking former coworkers to write the letter instead. (Might help if you draft the letter in that case so it's properly filled out with the duties and such but have the coworker be responsible for the final draft.)
