Hi,
Is there anyone who can tell me that it is mandatory to present experience letters in a required format. Because I have the formats of experience letters but don't know they will provide or not. because most of the employers are very rigid towards it.

Please reply for the same asap as I want to know it urgently.

Hi MittalPd. Yes, I have seen that employers are very rigid towards providing reference letters with roles and responsibilities. It all comes down to personal repo with the manager. if you are the one who did not had good repo with the manager then try to get in writing from the HR that they do not issue reference letters with detailed roles and responsibilities. Once you have this email, then create a reference letter with roles and responsibilities and get your own affidavit. Along with this letter attach email from HR, Offer Letter, Pay Slips, Relieving certificate etc. Rest is at the discretion of VISA officer on D day.

If unable to get email from HR, then in that case nothing much that you can do.

If you can explain your case in detail, then I would be better able to guide you.

Hi,
Thanks for the guide. actually I want to know if HR and company do not want to give you any kind of required experience letter again then what can we do ?? and what if we do not have salary slips as you know most of the indian firms do not believe to give salary slips ??

Well, I have not come across any employer who does not give salary slips. If thats the case then my dear friend you will need to send them your letter with a LOE why you could not obtain letter of refrerence from your employer. But without a proper LOE with justified reasons it is useless to send own letters.

LOE means Letter of Explanation right ?? How to write it ??

You can also refer the link below, it will answer some of your questions related to reference letter.

This is not true. Please don't malign Indian companies. Yes may be you won't get salary certificate from grocery stores or fake companies.

If your manager is unwilling to give letters, you may try asking your colleagues to write a letter. Better still, having your colleague takes an oath regarding the veracity of the information in front of the commissioner of oath in your country.

The CIC officer is more likely to believe in a third person (your colleague) rather than you.

Hi,
Is there any format for that if our colleagues have to write a latter ??

There is no specific format, but the idea is to cover as many points as possible (to meet the requirement). You can refer to link to the format that I have posted in my previous post on this thread. You can customise it to suit your needs.
