Experience letter for express entry

Hello,

I and my spouse have got 477 points and expecting to get an invite in the next draw.

My query was how many years of experience letter do we need to provide for the documentation. Is it ok if I only show the last 10 years of work experience?

Also, could anyone provide a sample format for experience letter?
