Can you ask your supervsior to write one for you?

If you exhaust all efforts to get it, send offer letter, payslips, bank statement and all possible documents plus ask one of your collegue to write it up for you. Also attach a letter to explain that your current employer is not helping you with this and attach email conversations to support it.

Oinp is looking for duties, salary and working hours so send anything that clarify these line items.

I cannot gurantee if these will work for sure, but this is what people without reference letter have been doing. The final decision is with the officer assessing your case and if you can convince him/ her, you will be good to go.

I would recommend you to convince your employer to give you the reference letter and avoid all this hassle.

In My offer letter clearly mentioned the duties and the name of supervisor ,benefits and hours.

I assume its on companies letter head aswell and shows phone number, email address etc.

So i you fulfil all requirements, you will be fine. Attach paystubs and income tax documents aswell.

Do read the reuiremnts line by line to ascertain that everything is checked.

One more question ,one of my previous company acquired by another company. In that case i can get it from only new company ,is it a problem?
