NOC 0631 CAP not yet reached 1000.
You can apply very shortly, but there is a risk.
As becasue as per CIC website 926 applied as on 5th April.
Arasah

While no one has an exact figure until CIO lets us know, going on what has been happening in the past 4 or 5 announcements the average number of NOC 0631 applications is 8/day.
Checking the tracker, CC fees are taken within 3-5 days at the earliest. So here goes my theory.....
April 5 926 TOTAL APPLICATIONS
Add inventory (3-5 x 8) = 24 - 40
April 18 (13 x 8) = 104
TOTAL as of Apr 18 possible 1054 - 1070

This is just my THEORY. I hope I am wrong, but unless someone was waiting at the doors of CIO on Monday with a complete application, I don't think there is much chance they could make it in under the CAP the following week. When other CAPS were reaching their maximum, CIO was posting totals every 3-4 days. It is odd that it has been more than a week and a half since the last update.
Good luck with your decision.

April 25926 TOTAL APPLICATIONS
Add 3-5 x 8 = 24 - 40

Good math and nice hypothesis Pippen ... Well thought. :)

OK, it is fairly early Sunday morning here, but I didn't put all the smiley faces in! LOL They should represent the number 8.
The problem with using the tracking spreadsheet it that it shows an average of 3+ applications per day. You will notice that as they reach 1000 ALL NOCs show almost the same number as it is averaged back to July. You really have to look closely at the ACTUAL CIO figures to gauge the quantity of apps being received near the end. It was my thought 0631 would CAP between 14-17 April. Why aren't they giving people a fair idea of those numbers by posting more regularly now?
