Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello everyone,

I need any help I can get.

I have 3 questions:
1- Do you think this Experience/HR Letter template is good enough for CIC immigration purposes to prove the employment history I have in my profile?

*************
To whom it may concern;
I am writing this to confirm that Mr. [FIRST NAME MIDDLE NAME LAST NAME] worked as a [JOB TITLE AS PER NOC ON CIC WEBSITE] at [COMPANY NAME] on a full time basis of 40 hours per week between the dates of [DD/MM/YYYY] and [DD/MM/YYYY].
Mr. -------'s main duties during this employment consisted of the following:
- [DUTY 1 AS PER LIST OF DUTIES ON CIC WEBSITE PER MY NOC]
- [DUTY 2 AS PER LIST OF DUTIES ON CIC WEBSITE PER MY NOC]
- [DUTY 3 AS PER LIST OF DUTIES ON CIC WEBSITE PER MY NOC]
- [DUTY 4 AS PER LIST OF DUTIES ON CIC WEBSITE PER MY NOC]

During this employment Mr. -------'s annual salary was --------- Egyptian Pounds.

Yours faithfully,
[Name and Signature]
[Designation]
[Location:]
[Company Stamp & Seal]

*************
2- Do they have to include the job title and duties exactly as written in my NOC on the CIC website, or is it ok to write something a little bit different but basically the same thing?
Example: [Assist customers with technical issues over the phone via E-mail and over the phone] instead of [Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced].
3- Do I have to provide information about the current job title that is on my passport if it is not the same as the NOC I am applying with? will it be a problem if I am applying with a specific NOC that is not the same as the one on my passport as my current job title?

I really need your advice.

Thanks a lot,
Kareem

1- the template looks fine to me.
2-its ok if the job duties are not exactly the same but having the same meaning.
3-dont think that your job title in the passport has anything to with your noc but again ask for other opinions.

I agree with Wolverine for most of the part. I do have one suggestion:

Try to include that you were paid Bi-weekly/Monthly a remuneration of XX.

Rest looks good !!

Does it have to say permenant?

Yes, in the past I have read it on some post on the forum, do not recall which thread. Also, it depends a lot on the case officer who is assessing your file.

Hmmmm, I've listed a few jobs on my job history but only 2 actually count towards points so they are my 'real' jobs. Those letters are script perfect. The other jobs which don't get me any points miss off the word permenant...

I'd considered taking them off the job history all together but having gaps looks odd (even though they are added to personal history).

One of my job letters actually says contract, but EEdoesnt ask if it's permenant or not.

What do you mean by permenant because i got mine but didnt mention that and will be very hard to get new ones,i have everything written except the word permenant plus have some supporting documents such as pay stubs, work license, contracts for some and hr business card,is that enough

Yes, you can have 1 year of work experience on a 2 year job contract, as it were. I thought permenant only applied to lmia job offers.

I am not trying to create panic, but when I suggested permanent to be included, it was meant for the OP as he is yet to get his reference letter. It is not a must, but it is good to have. For all those who have got your letter already, you are good to go.

But what about someone who has a 3 year job contract? They list that job and therefore get 3 years of work experience.

It doesn't say anywhere in the ee profile that the work has to be permenant. When you apply for an lmia the job has to be permenant full time work.

"Permanent" is required for the JOB OFFER letter that must accompany a valid LMIA if you are claiming arranged employment / valid job offer for the bonus 600 points.

Otherwise, it does not matter if it is permanent, contract, etc...
