Reached at Buffalo consulate in early morning around 7.00. At 8.00 , the first lot got in , remember you can not sit while waiting in queue (security guards will not allow). You can bring your cell phones and security will put that in a box and return you later. You can bring some light snacks as well.
I submitted my application around 8.15 . In the meantime , more applicants keep on coming . I got my documents around 9.30 a.m. Feeling happy on my decision to go to the consulate rather than sending the application via post. Consulate staff and security are nice and they also accepted cash from some applicants. ( you need to provide exact amount).
