Nope, everyone takes their turn. A complete application is good way not to have delays.

Okay..... My wife applied her WP in the 1st week of January and it is in process since 7th January. Her VO is Chandigarh...... Do you think that she will get her visa done by Feb 1st week?

I want her to attend an event arranged by my company here in last week of Feb.
