Expected delivery time for dispatched ECA report by regular mail ?

Greetings forum members!
I would like to know from Individual's experience about the number of days it usually take, for a dispatched ECA report to reach a recipient by regular mail. I did my ECA from CES and my report was approved and dispatched on 24th May 2018. Today is 8th June 2018 which makes it 16 days (11 working days) waiting time. I have ordered the regular mail option and I am expecting the report in India.
Is this much delay normal ?

It took 20 days to receive from WES under regular mail. May be, give it some time. Check with your area postman.

Mine was diapatched in March. Even I chose regular post. It has still not arrived. I might have to order another physical copy. But have patience. And if you receive ITA you can upload the PDF as well.
