My employer denied to write job roles on the reference letter and experience certificate.

But instead of that job duties are mentioned in the contract(on company letterhead) that I have with the company.
And my job roles on contract letter match with the NOC I am applying in.

Can I use that?

If that is Original that will play a vital role and will help you more than you expected. Don't forget to accompany it with your appointment letter so it becomes a proof that you have accepted the contract. (Remember Contract + Appointment Letter) [Don't use Offer Letter]

Contract letter is a photo copy with company stamps on it.
Company has the original.
