I am about to land in Canada this coming March. I have been in the US living illegaly for the past 8 years. I am concerned regarding my exit here in US airport. I dont have I-94 that shows my legal entry here in US, all I got in my passport is the visa issued to me by Canada. Will there be a problem exiting? What will I tell them if they ask for my I-94? Will I be referred to a US immigration officer for this? Will they allow me to leave US to migrate to Canada? Please enlighten me on my predicament, I am confused, scared about this.
Thank you.

What happened to your I 94?

Nothing will happen, no one is going to check on your I 94. If the Airline clerk asked you about your I 94 just say you lost it.

No problem. These days they have enforced their arms around entry. You can just walk off.

Moreover the next time if you plan to re-enter US .. you will be questioned or probably denial of some visa's like B1, K1 etc visa.

US officials are only there to stop people from entering US Illegally.Anybody who is illegal in US and going out of the US they do not say anything but yes if you plan to come back to US anytime later on that would be impossible. They won't let you comeback.

You are fine and can return to US as long as you have valid visa on your passport or relevant travel documents. Have a safe trip!

its too difficult to get a visa after having a bad record.

I wonder how can you get PR with illegal status in US ? Does CHC ask you about the time you live in US?

how about the FBI?!? you have to mention your Social Security No. in the form and can check your personal information...or maybe he didnt declare US as his current country of residence?!? maybe he just gave his home country address as mailing address..how about the passport where the visa stamped? you have to renew it ofcourse & the place of issuance will be (Home Country) consulate General (State), USA.

nyway, goodluck for a new life in canada.

US and Canadian authorities share information. Good luck with your future endeavors.

I dont think you will run into any issues exiting US or entering Canada. But US might deny you entry for next 5 years if they realize that you overstayed.
