Exclusion order. outland application

hi. Here is my story. I got an exclusion order from 14th may 2013 till 14th may 2014 for overstaying. we filed an outland application in july 2013 and my file was transferred already to VO on 15th of august 2013. any idea how long the process will take? my marriage is 100% genuine.

Yeah - it depends on how what VO it was sent to. Have you checked the processing times on the CIC website?

Also.. Sariss - go Collingwood! I spent most of my weekends there growing up It's a lovely little town.

VO-Bucharest..processing time 14 months ....

I would always expect whatever time the VO says for processing time. Some are processed faster, some longer. Because you have an exclusion order, I would assume that you would have to wait until that is up before actually coming here, but someone with more experience may know more about that.

When did you get married?

i got married january 2013, before i was issued the exclusion order.

Ok, that is good. I was worried that you got married after the order and right before sponsorship. That would be viewed very suspiciously by CIC.
