So guys, long atory short. I was issued an exclusion order for overstaying in canada for 1.5 years. When i got this order, the official found that i was working illegally. I have 1 year order exclusion and i decided to leave the country voluntarily. I remembered the offical holding my case told me it was possible to come back after one year. But... i know is not easy. So i have an canadian boyfriend that wants to marry me and bring me back, because i had a life there and i really love him ;(. Anyways! Im kind of loosing the my hope to come back to canada. Now i live in madrid (where im from) and i know i have to wait one year for the exclusion and then after he can apply for the sponsorship to bring me back, but i have heard that its no guarantee and it may be a process that last 2 years or more. Is that true? Is anyone heard of a similar case? Is possible to get a spouse sponsorship after a exclusion order? Thanks!!

Yes - he can apply to sponsor you once the exclusion order is over. The process should take around 1 year. Note that you must be married or common law before he can sponsor you. To be classified as common law, you must have lived together for at least one full year.

So, do you recommend me to be married before hand ? And once the exclusion order is finished, he applies? Thanks for your answer! And also is there any way to speed the process?

It doesn't matter when you get married.

No - there's no way to speed up the process. I would expect you will have to wait at least a year (this is the normal processing time). It's possible processing of your application may take longer due to the overstay and exclusion order. This complicates your application and no longer makes it standard.
