Experts, need your urgent guidance please.
I had submitted my application as spouse accompanying in August 2018. I got a letter today from CIC asking me to inform them in case anything has changed (for example, change in circumstances). The thing is our marriage is on the rocks and I am seeking divorce, although we are yet to file legally. I want to update my application as spouse not accompanying. Do I simply reply to CIC that I request to update my application as spouse not accompanying or do I need to provide a NOC signed by my wife (which she will probably not do). Please advise.
