Exchanging US License to Ontario-HELP

Hello there, I am a PR as of April 2019, I have yet to officially land in Canada, still living and working in the US. I obtained my US drivers license October of this year, My Drivers permit in April. What is the best and quickest way to get my full Ontario license. I am Keeping my Job in the US so a restricted license is no Bueno. Can I have both if possible while waiting for a G2? Do I continue to not land until I reach 2 years of driving experience in the US and exchange to a full G license? If so does the date I received my drivers permit count as driving experience? Do you have driving history in any other country? Are you planning to commute between US and Canada? When are you planning to move permanently to Canada? Have you already completed soft (short duration) landing?

I completed confirmation, I am a PR. I have yet to officially move. I will be commuting yes. The drivers license is the only thing holding me back from moving. No other driving history
