Guys I have an important question - My wife, who is the principal applicant, has letters from 3 of her previous employers, totalling 6 years of experience.

She made a draft letter on her own and sent it to 2 of those employers with exact same job duties, in the same order. This is because her duties did not change for 4 years. They have been stamped, signed & endorsed by both employers. Both on different letter heads. For the third employer, her job duties are a bit different. Now she is worried that since the duties of 2 companies are exact similar, it might raise suspicion.

Is that a correct assumption or would it not make any difference ?

All experience is Foreign, matching the NOC.

You should try to get a new letter. Paraphrase the job duties in different order for one of the letter. Otherwise, it may create unnecessary doubts in the mind of Visa Officer.

Thank you for your reply. I will ask her to talk to the employers again. I thought it might be ok since 2 different companies have endorsed it
