Everything is done and waiting on London - what to expect?

Hi Guys,

So most everything is done now - Biometrics, Medical Examination, Québec have accepted etc.

As far as I know, our application is now in London.

What’s the usual time line at this point? What should I expect?
Is there any contact info for the London Office?

Really lost in the process now, we were hoping to be landed in Canada by April but I guess that’s looking unlikely now.

Please any help, reassurance or info would be so useful right now.

You’ve all been so great to me and my wife on this journey, I could never thank you all enough!

It's very hard to say. Right now you're likely in the background / security check phase of the application process. This can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months (in very extreme cases, over a year). Best bet is to assume processing will take a year from when you first submitted the application.

Yes, think in terms of 12 months from when they received your pack originally. Unfortunately, London VO is one of the slower offices, so could take 'months' yet.
