Ever applied for PR, will this affect my study permit application

Hi,
I ever applied for PR in 2007 - 2008, but got declined due to the change of the rule. Now, I got accepted to a college and about to submit the visa application. What are the chances of me getting the study permit? Will my past PR application affect my study permit?

No my friend.. it will not impact ur visa app.
I have PR application under process which i did submitt in 2007
and 2nd PR app which i submitted in 2010.

after that i applied for study visa in july
and got it.

so all u have to prove are the ties to ur homeland

No it will not effect ever ,i applied for PR as well ,and i miss the deadline for update ,and now i got the study permit ,Good luck
