I have applied my visa online on 06th july 2019 also done with my Biometrics on 10th of july 2019.
In portal it shows my Biometrics number on right hand side but also on the update section it shows BIOMETRICS:- WE NEED YOUR FINGERPRINTS TO PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION.
Its going to be a month now i haven't received my Visa and i have to join my college on 27th of August 2019.
I have less thn a month and theres to update yet.
Please suggest what to do.
Its really really important for me.
Please anyone ????

Don't bother about the biometrics section, it is of no importance. If your biometric details are on the right, then your visa is being processed.

Where are you from ? What is the average processing time in your country ? It all depends on that.

Then send a webform to CPC Edmonton and ask about the visa status.

Like I said before, you can try and request CAIPS. Your application has to be review and it can cause some movement in the process. I would suggest planning for deferal in the worst case.

No, it is mostly useful if your application is stuck or you are rejected. If you don't get reply from webform you can try to apply for CAIPS. I don't know If that will help your case though. You know the reason for delay, CAIPS is good for finding out the reason. I have heard that they go through the profile so I suggested it to someone who is waiting for 2 months plus. Your situation isn't that bad, so I suggest you wait for webform.
