Hello everybody!

I would like to get a piece of advice on the evaluation of my eligibility to the Skilled Worker Program (federal or Quebec provincial program)

Several lawyer agencies say I am, but I don't really trust them since their services are not for free. I need an independant evoluation.

Well, to cut a long story short:

1.I am a single female of 29-years-old, living in Moscow and having Russian citizenship.
2. Education:
- Russian Master degree (5 years of full-time education) as Linguist and teacher of English and French languages
- French Bachelor Degree (1 year of full-time education) as International trilingual tourism Manager of Reception, Entertainment and Travel)
3. Work exprecience :
- 3 years part-time and 2 years full-time as Bilingual (English) Administrative assistant (Receptionnist) in Paris (France)
- 1 year till present as Personal Assitant to Expatriated General Manager in Moscow (Russia)

4. In 2014 I was refused a Live-in Caregiver visa, having a job offer, due to the lack of the official work experience

My questions:
- Is my work experience considered relevant to my education?
- Should I pass the language exam on both English and French?
- Can the visa deny influence my new application?

I would REALLY APPRECIATE your feedbacks.
Cheers!
