Are the wife and child remaining in Pakistan or accompanying him to Canada?

Having a brother in Canada works against him.

He will want to explain why he is taking a second Masters.

No kid and wife are not accompanying there. Wife is doing job.
How to sort that issue brother lives there vo can think he will not return back.
His graduation is in agricultural economics and done first masters in pure economics now he is Turing towards his basic field agricultural economics for second masters.
Please explain pros and cons. How to justify the case. Or is this

If the profile looks great plus your SOP, you will get it.

Otherwise, I see insufficient funds, family ties and purpose of visit reasons for rejection. Unless you have strong statement against this, you will be okay. So, hope for the best.

Well, are you going to return home to Pakistan after your studies?

What happens when you finish your studies? Truthfully, what are your plans?? hmm?
 
Funds for statement can be increased and uni. Fee will be paid in advance and 12k dollar will be deposited in ads account. I think government permanent job and wife and kid in country make the ties strong that pe
