You will not receive any updates / status change on submitting upfront medicals. It will not have any impact (speed) on your application from processing point of view.

How we will come to know, that they have considered advanced medicals?

How we will come to know, that they have considered advanced medicals?

They will never consider advance medicals. Only the time, your file is taken up for processing, they will have a look at the medicals. Don't be surprised if your find MR from CIC in your mailbox even after completing medicals upfront. Then, you will have to re-send your medical notification informing that you have completed upfront medicals.
